Whether you're a long-time client or new to the system, you can now retrieve historical inspection records, securely - without needing to log into the system.
We know inspection reports are critical for compliance, audits, and equipment management - even months after they're completed. While ReportHub stores all your inspection data, we understand that you may not always have a license to access older reports.
With RiskMach Inspection Locator, you can:

Retrieve your historical reports anytime
Note: Full ReportHub functionality - like closing out actions or managing inspections - is only available through a ReportHub license.
Accessing your inspection report:
1. Choose Your Search Method
You can find an inspection by either:
Scanning the QR Code - Scan the QR code that’s attached to the machine.
Manual Search - Enter the Asset Reference (Name) or Serial Number.
For both methods:
Select the relevant compliance type from the dropdown (e.g., PUWER, LOLER, etc.)
2. Secure 2-Factor Authentication
To protect your data, a verification step ensures only authorised users can access reports:
Enter the email address linked to the inspection.
Receive a unique verification code via email.
Enter the code to confirm your identity.
Once verified, the inspection summary is displayed.
3. View and Retrieve the Report
After verification, you can view the inspection summary and click the download icon. You will then have two options: download the PDF directly or have the report automatically emailed to the address you provided.
It's secure, fast, and gives you access to historical reports whenever you need them.
